On October.16, 2017, Stiftung Deutsche und Chinesische Kultur has officially received Certificate of establishment from Berlin justice bureau and City government office. The established date of Stiftung is June.9, 2017.

In the afternoon at 13:15, on 16th, the director of Stiftung Deutsche und Chinesische Kultur Wang Wenhai received Certificate of establishment from Berlin Justice Bureau, COO Qin Liwen, Zhang Lei went to Berlin Justice Bureau to receive the certificate.

According to the introduction by Wang Wenhai, Stiftung Deutsche und Chinesische Kultur is an independent non-profit foundation, it is also a system platform aiming to be a service to the governments, industries, businesses and private institutions of both countries.  Stiftung will initiate, cultivate, support and promote projects, will dedicate its effort in meeting the new needs of cooperation and exchanges between the two countries in the new era and promoting a new and more comprehensive understanding between the current Chinese-German society. The current stage plan of Stiftung involves its cooperation with Chinese-German occupational education, technical exchange, art exchange and promotion of the medical culture of two countries and so on, and will continue to expand into a platform for cultural and scientific exchanges and cooperation in a broader sense.

From today on, subsidiary companies and institutes such as Aufbau Akademie Berlin(focuses on the occupational training cooperative communication, finance and business training, Chinese and German language training, etc) have already started running.

Stiftung as a highly extendable platform, welcome third parties to entrust, establish project foundation, assist and support Chinese and German in the field of culture, art, education, technical exchange and more. The project initiator or unit, after being approved to become the members of the advisory committee, can under the assistance of the foundation independently develop and operate the corresponding projects. These special project foundations, accept the supervision and control from Stiftung and German federal law and taxation bureau.
